Sleep coaching is a method of providing one-to-one direction and support to parents at their home while they are implementing their customized action plan.
For parents that prefer to have the extra guidance or direction at the time of implementing the action plan, I am able to your house and help you.
Sleep coaching can take place for either naps and/or night time sleep. By providing the direct guidance, the parents are assured of faster and more effective results.

Sleep coaching client assisted for nap training using fading. Applied same technique at night. Child 14 months.
Sleep coaching has 3 rates:
Day hours: From 8am to 8pm. This would be suitable for nap training or early evening bedtime assistance
Night Time: For hours between 8:01pm to 10pm
Late Night: For hours after 10:01pm.
